No Returns:
Returns are not accepted for any products once sold.
No Refunds:
Refunds are not provided for any product.
Exchange Eligibility:
Exchanges are allowed only for damaged products.
The product must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Exchange Process:
Customers must provide clear photos/videos of the damaged product as proof.
Upon approval, an exchange for the same product or a similar item will be arranged in in 7 days
Conditions for Exchange:
The product must be unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the damage was due to a company error.
